Well to peeps out there who read this, happy lunar new year to u k! hope u enjoy ur angbao, goodies, festive cheer and break from work. i know my blog is uber un updated and boring, so i also gotta thank you for visiting too!
Sharp peeps might have noticed the question mark in the title. to me not all festive occasions must be happy. they might induce some excitement but still its not really 'happy' for me. Same way i feel everyday should be happy, with and without rubbish that get thrown at u.
Which brings me to the point on how i always tell myself (and others) of my alter egos, zombie, alien etc etc. basically emotionless personas of seemingly impregnable practicality. guess i din know 10 years of that nonsense can be blown away by being here. so i gonna add a new resolution to my list below - attempt not to have fking useless personas that are useless in the first place.
And i always enjoyed gaining knowledge, whether it be bout ppls life, random quantum physics tidbits or spiritual crap. in the end it boils down to being useless too, what good is knowledge u cant apply? guess i will attempt to give up this as well.

BUT one occasion is quite usually happy. that is a birthday. and quite a few of my frens had it in January. recently went to surprise pearlyn who is very unattentive and distracted. walked past us twice when we were conspiciously seating few cm from her pretending to slp/read postcard. thanks to jt for the photo below.

The post abt the resolutions

Woo Festive project has been handed up with a fking big problem but i dun worry coz we did our best and its too late. E-biz peer teaching is also over alrdy! Abit free now so shall bloggg. Dunno why this few days have mood sia.
Anyways yes i will be putting a few public resolutions here without secret ones like become the president of singapore, so here goes:
1. Articulate my thoughts better. No one seems to understand what i say.
2. Make use of TAS card more for benefits before it expires soon.
3. Stay awake during lectures more.
4. Reserve first till i think of more.
Quite short eh i think. But my secret list is bout 10 times longer so i take comfort in that fact. Stress is affecting everyone these days. Do eat more fruits like cherries so you will be healthy k.
Do tell urself 2009 will be a gd year every minute every day for the rest of the year. This way it will more likely happen, or you would just go mad and be sent to IMH. The risk is worth it though.
Well i guess thats all for now. And if sarah reads this, NO U WILL NOT GET TO WEAR MY WATCH EVER AGAIN. Cheerios all.
If I could reach up and hold a star for every time you've made me smile, the entire evening sky would be in the palm of my hand.
Quite some time since i posted my last quote eh, but this seems to explain the lack of stars in Singapore perhaps? At least it does to me.

Its the year 2009
Anyways yes i will be putting a few public resolutions here without secret ones like become the president of singapore, so here goes:

With this statement i bind myself to type a bloody long blog entry or i will not be able to slp and never get seats on my 1.5hour bus rides home.
Now that i have cursed myself lets get on to the main topic of today a review of the year 2008. I would say its quite a bittersweet year for me generally. I dun rmb specific events but have 'feel' things that happen. Ill attempt to list them in point.
- CYA and the end of our batch with the beginning as a senior
- My decision to take PICC, nvr looked back since
- New classmates in sem 2.2, which rocked
- Service Skills Methodology, hard to forget
- Olympics with Singapore winning a medal finally
- Singapore Grand Prix and working there
- Excitement of starting school at Sentosa
- Hell lot of projects before 2009
- Christmas and a Happy New Year
Starting next year it will mark 2 decades of human life. And i cant help but feel old again. Like my parents always said time passes damn fast, and it was just yesterday i was in pri, sec school. Sighs, im not a person that regrets much but in that many years i have yet to leave my mark on th history books. Gotta try harder in the future.

Anyways happy 2009 u all and hope the next year will be just as good as the last 19. Cheers!
And im off to Penang to attend a wedding, will be back on 4th Jan.
