Morning had breakfast with SH and JT at MENSA. Had bit of catching up since PICC has since ended which also meant the weekly saturday meetings. And and the end received a very practical and nice present! my very own cap! wooooo now u can see me wear it out. Thank you 2 again! really like it ^.^
I had the last APEL lesson later on in the afternoon. And i got a surprise of my year, they actually got a cake to surprise me with! i totally did not see it coming at all. Look below for our class photo, really blessed to have them do this.
Well the drama never ends coz dear Wei Kiang tried to smash me face into the cake. I dun go down without a fight so below was the eventually result. I had to help do area cleaning! lol
And finally the taupok i could not escape. Lucky my class got so little guys hahaha.

Met early in the morning to hand up project with the groupmates. They've been a really interesting bunch of people to work with as well as have fun with. Headed down to Tampines Central for my birthday lunch combined with cass at Billy Bombers.
Food was standard fare but milkshake good as usual. Group picture!
Had to go back to school for CYA interview of the new batch of people. Aiya nostalgia attack again man, first coz our projects are ending and seeing these people reminded me of our junior batch and myself years ago. Sigh, i think i love life too much, its moving so fast coz im having fun?
Anyway after that CYA interviewers decided to do down to Tampines1 again for a birthday meal + 1 kelvin haha. Ate at this cheese shop there, coz i reallly enjoy milk related products. Had a sumptous meal + great service from the staff there. The manager even threw in a free slice of cheese cake even though its not company policy.
As well as personally wishing me. That really wow service, i recommend u all head down there to experience it yourself.
What better way to end the night then to go see fireworks! I try to support the local art scene as much as i can? Found out today the Night Festival 2009 was going on at dohby gaut. Managed to get kelsen, andrea and cuifen to go haha. At first we found lots of photographers waiting to take pictures of the best part of the show, fireworks display incorporated into an art performance - The Loop of Fortune.
So we decided to join the que, the show didn't start till 1 hour later. It was really hot and stuffy with all the people stand there. But after watching the dazzling display of pyrotechnics i can safely say for the 4 of us, it was totally worth it. Ill let the pictures i took on a CAMERA PHONE do the talking. Really sad i didn't bring my camera man.

The whole exprience lasted half an hour, but it went by really quickly. Really blessed to be able to end my birthday on such a high note with flame and loud bangs haha. Tired we all went home satisfied, but more was in stall for me.
When the happiest day and the saddest day of the year collides, who wins?
